Solaray Super Bio C is a food supplement with vitamin C buffered which is released in two stages for quick action and prolonged action.

Super Bio C: buffered vitamin C


Super C Bio Solaray contains vitamin C whose natural acidity is buffered with calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide.
One capsule of this dietary supplement brings you 500 mg of vitamin C or 833.3% of the recommended daily intake.

Indication

The release of two-step process ensures a vitamin C throughout the day.
  • First step: 50% of the vitamin C is rapidly released once inside the stomach.
  • Second step: the remaining vitamin C is gradually released over a period of 12 hours.

Dosage

1 capsule daily with a glass of water during the meal.

Composition

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid, rose hips, acerola cherry) 500 mg
Lemon bioflavonoids 250 mg
Concentrate rutin 50 mg
Hesperidin 50 mg
Citrus Pectin 15 mg

Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose (capsule), magnesium stearate, cellulose, silica, stearic acid and a buffer base (calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide).

No artificial colors or preservatives.
Contains no common allergens (yeast, wheat, corn, soy or milk).

La vitamine C habituellement m'énerve avec des pics d'énergie au moment de la prise qui retombent peu de temps après. Ce produit m'aide à avoir une énergie correcte répartie sur la journée. Ce n'est par contre pas miraculeux si on est très fatigué.
